Polluted soil is mixed with No.325 Portland cement, sodium bentonite and monocalcium phosphate according to the weight ratio of (35 to 60):(28 to 62):(1 to 26):(0.01 to 0.2) to form the masonry. The specific preparation process is as follows: after impurities are removed, the polluted soil is proportionally mixed with the No.325 Portland cement, so that base material is produced; the sodium bentonite and the monocalcium phosphate are added into water, so that additive is produced; the additive is added into the base material, water is also added, and after uniform mixing, the mixture is poured into a testing mould, sothat a test piece is produced; the test piece is kept still for 24 hours by adopting a standard curing method; and the demoulded test piece is cured in a curing room for 28 days, so that the masonry product is produced. When in use, the masonry cannot generate secondary pollution on the environment, the materials needed by the preparation method are cheap, the mechanical equipment and the preparation method are simple, and the masonry can be operated on the site and easily transported.
