Abstract

The invention discloses a musk heartache plaster, which is prepared from the following raw materials in part by weight: 5 to 6 parts of musk, 8.5 to 9 parts of fluid extract of dahurian angelica root, 8.5 to 9 parts of fluid extract of Chinese honeylocust abnormal fruit, 6.3 to 6.8 parts of borneol, 7 to 8.5 parts of methyl salicylate, 3.1 to 3.5 parts of camphor, and 5.3 to 5.7 parts of diphenhydramine hydrochloride. A preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: 1, mixing the fluid extract of dahurian angelica root and the fluid extract of Chinese honeylocust abnormal fruit, then adding the musk, the borneol, the methyl salicylate, the camphor, and the diphenhydramine hydrochloride into the mixture for mixing; and 2, adding a substrate (made of rubber and rosin) accounting for 3.7 to 4.0 times of the total weight of the raw materials into the mixture obtained by the step 1, refining the mixture to produce paint, and carrying out grease coating, segment cutting and lining covering on the paint to obtain the musk heartache plaster. The musk heartache plaster has the advantages that: angina pectoris is cured through transdermal medicament administration by adopting a mode of cutaneous application; and the medicament is absorbed by the skin to enter the blood circulation throughout the body and reaches the effective blood concentration so as to fulfill the aim of curing or preventing the angina pectoris.
