The invention relates to a natural moisture preserving repairing liquid and a preparation method thereof. Each portion of repairing liquid comprises composition A, composition B, composition C, composition D and composition E, wherein composition A comprises de-ionized water, 1.0-1.2% of panthenol, and 0.3-0.4% of polymolecular thickening agent 940; composition B comprises 7-9% of mineral oil, 2.5-3.0% of stearin, 2.5-2.8% of glycerine, 2.0-2.2% of hexadecyl esters, 1.3-1.5% of polyoxyethylene (20), 1.0-1.2% of methyl glucose ether sesquialter stearic acid ester borage seed oil, 0.8-1.0% of evening primrose seed oil, 1.0-1.2% of hexadecane alcohol, 0.9-1.1% of polyoxyethylene (7), 0.5-0.6% of polyoxyethylene (2) isodecyl alcohol ether carboxylic acid isopropyl ester siloxane, and 0.1-0.2% of beewax; composition C comprises 0.2-0.3% of ascorbyl palmitate; composition D comprises 0.3-0.5% of ammonium hydroxide; and composition E comprises 1.0-1.2% of propanediol (and) dimethyl oxazole alkyl urea (and) methyl parahydroxybenzoats (and) propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.15% of essence and 0.1-0.2% of tocopheryl.
