The soil conditioner is used before the crops are cultivated; the inorganic components are prepared into agricultural-grade powder and 0.5-4 g of the inorganic components is used for one kilogram of wind drying soil; and the grain diameter of the crushed organic components is less than 1 cm and 5-40 g of the organic components is used for one kilogram of wind drying soil.
