Problems solved by technology

These processes inevitably have the following problems: ①The utilization rate of raw materials is not high, which makes the input-output ratio low; ②The woodiness in the tobacco stems cannot be effectively removed; ③It is difficult to completely improve its smoking by adding flavoring and adding materials. The aftertaste harmonizes the overall aroma of cigarette products; ④ The quality of shredded tobacco stems is not fundamentally improved, and its physical properties are flaky, and its color is also very different from that of shredded leaves, resulting in uneven blending of shredded leaves and shredded stems in the subsequent process
The above deficiencies affect the quality of cut stems and restrict the application of tobacco stems in middle and high-end cigarettes
[0003] Chinese patent 200410040042.4 discloses a method of processing tobacco stems into expanded shredded stems by kneading, including moisture regaining of tobacco stems, stemming, washing of stems, storage of stems, secondary humidification of tobacco stems, pressing of stems, rubbing of stems, and drying of stems. Although it can obtain expanded cut stems that are close to the shape of shredded tobacco, the process is complicated. Compared with the conventional process, only rubbing stems is used instead of cutting stems, and there is currently no formed "mechanical screw stem rubbing machine". Patent implementation poor sex

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing products of silk-shaped tobacco stalks. The method is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps: 1) pre-treating the tobacco stalks; 2) the primary defibrination of the pre-treated tobacco stalks to make the water content of the tobacco stalks reach 30 to 60 percent; 3) twisting the tobacco stalks undergoing the primary defibrination into cut stems, of which the width is 1.2 to 2.0mm and the length is 2.0 to 30.0mm; and 4) drying the twisted cut stems until the water content of the cut stems reaches 10 to 13 percent, and perfuming the cut stems by process. In the method, an input-output ratio in actual production is high, and the prepared cut stems do not retain bad aftertaste after being smoked, so that the intrinsic quality is improved; the fill value is high, and the feeding uniformity is good; the colors and shapes of the products of silk-shaped tobacco stalks of the invention are close to the cut tobacco, the distribution of the products of the invention in cigarettes is more uniform than that of the conventional cut stems and tobacco stalk particles, and the rolling performance of the cut stems are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco processing, in particular to a method for preparing a filamentous tobacco stem product. Background technique [0002] The tobacco stem treatment process commonly used in the shredding process of cigarette factories includes: pretreatment (including screening, moisture regain, stem storage, tobacco stem heating), stem pressing and stem cutting, stem expansion and drying, stem wind selection, feeding, etc. process. Some expand first and then cut or directly cut the stems, some use different expansion agents, and some use microwave or other methods to make expanded stems. These processes inevitably have the following problems: ①The utilization rate of raw materials is not high, which makes the input-output ratio low; ②The woodiness in the tobacco stems cannot be effectively removed; ③It is difficult to completely improve its smoking by adding flavoring and adding materials. The aftertaste harmonize...
