The combustion device comprises a combustor shell and a floater chamber which are vertically arranged in parallel; the combustor shell is internally provided with an upper layer disc and a lower layer disc from top to bottom sequentially, wherein the upper layer disc and the lower layer disc are both made of porous media; the combustor shell is internally provided with a lamp tube vertically; the upper end of the lamp tube sequentially penetrates through the upper layer disc and the lower layer disc to extend out of the combustor shell; the lower end of the lamp tube penetrates through the bottom of the combustor shell an is communicated with the floater chamber; the lamp tube is internally providedwith a lampwick capable of floating up and down inside the lamp tube; an oil tank is arrange above the floater chamber and communicated with the floater chamber; the floater chamber is internally provided with a floater; and the bottom of the combustor shell is provided with a shielding gas inlet. The invention can generate stable adjustable laminar diffusion flame with better axial symmetry, prevent interferences of surrounding airflow, and maintain flame stability; and meanwhile, the invention can also control fuel oil consumption accurately and be used for mechanism researches of combustion process and development of source codes.
