The films are formedby metal or rare-earth metal antibacterial material by a low-temperature magnetron sputtering method. In order to improve the adhesion property of the films and the base material, the base material is preprocessed before sputtering, and the antibacterial target is directly sputtered on the surface of the latticed textile in preparation.
