Abstract

The invention provides a quality control method of a pummelo pee medicinal material based on gene level. The quality control method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting genome DNAs of a genuine pummelo pee medicinal material and a medicinal material to be detected; (2) taking the extracted genome DNAs as primers in sequence numbers of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 respectively to perform polymerase chain reaction; (3) respectively performing electrophoretic separation on products from the polymerase chain reaction by agarose gel electrophoresis; and (4) comparing electrophoretograms of the sample to be detected and the genuine pummelo pee medicinal material. The method has the advantages of good stability and repeatability, and helps obtain the genetic relation between the medicinal material to be detected and the genuine medicinal material, can help ensure selection of fine varieties based on the gene level and helps ensure the quality of medicinal materials from the source.
