Abstract

The invention discloses a pest-resistant organic fertilizer and a preparing method thereof, which belong to the technical field of organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer consists of 70 to 80 percent of tobacco leaf scrap, 1 to 5 percent of calcium hydroxide and 19 to 27 percent of inert fillers; the tobacco leaf scrap can be tobacco plant rejected materials such as tobacco stem, tobacco stalk or fine tobacco leaf and the like, or cigarette industry tobacco plant rejected materials such as tobacco stalk and fine tobacco leaf; and the inert fillers can be peat or peat powder. The preparing method comprises the following steps of: respectively crushing the tobacco leaf scrap and the inert fillers through a crushing machine; sieving the calcium hydroxide by 80 meshes to prepare standby materials; and adding all the standby materials into a mixer for uniform mixing to prepare powdery or granular organic fertilizer. Compared with common organic fertilizer, the pest-resistant organic fertilizer has the advantages that the average soil insect resistance effect is 65.9 percent, the average field insect resistance effect is 61 percent, and the average increase in yield is 6.4 percent. The price of the pest-resistant organic fertilizer is approximately equal to that of the common organic fertilizer, the raw material is sufficient, the production process is simple, the pest-resistant organic fertilizer is energy-saving and environment-protective, and the method is easy to be mastered.
