Embodiment 1

[0018] Embodiment 1: the preparation method of FeNiCo pre-alloyed powder:

[0019] 1 ton of recovered Fe 70 Ni 21 co 2 Add 45% iron and 2% cobalt to the O alloy and put it into the anode basket together. After 10 days of electrolysis, it goes out of the tank, rinses three times, and then carries out vacuum purification and hydrogen reduction at 450°C. It is crushed and sieved to obtain 1.2 tons of pre-alloyed powder. . The composition of the pre-alloy obtained by chemical analysis is 80.15% iron, 14.98% nickel, 2.43% cobalt, 0.8% oxygen, and other trace metals.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Embodiment 2: the preparation method of FeNiCo pre-alloyed powder:

[0021] 1 ton of recovered Fe 78 Ni 16 co 2 The O alloy was supplemented with 1% cobalt and added to the anode basket together. After electrolysis for seven days, the tank was removed, rinsed three times, vacuum purified and hydrogen reduction at 450 ° C, crushed and sieved to obtain 930 kg of product. The composition of the pre-alloy obtained by chemical analysis is 80.20% iron, 15.18% nickel, 2.63% cobalt, 0.78% oxygen, and other trace metals.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing cobalt-substituted prealloying powder from regenerated metal. The method comprises the process steps: compounding raw materials, electrolyzing at a room temperature, crushing, screening, detecting and packaging; using the regenerated metal, such as recycled synthetic diamond waste powder accelerant, and the like, as a main raw material; supplementing a suitable amount of metal cobalt and metal iron to an anode basket together; and rinsing, purifying in vacuum after the room-temperature electrolysis step in the process steps and reducing hydrogen at 400 DEG C to 650 DEG C. More than 10 percent of particles in a final product have a sponge appearance, and an electrolyte used in the room-temperature electrolysis step in the process steps can be recycled. The invention has the advantages: 1, the production cost is lower than that of a chemical coprecipitation method by more than 50 percent, and the product quality is stable; 2, the powder appearances comprises the sponge appearance so as to have a large specific surface area; 3, the powder can be applied to laser bonding; 4, the strength is high, and the anti-abrasion performance is good; and 5, the sintering temperature is low, and the range is wide. The method is suitable for being adopted by industrial and mining plants producing the cobalt-substituted prealloying powder.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing cobalt-substituting pre-alloy powder, in particular to a method for preparing cobalt-substituting pre-alloy powder with recycled metal. Background technique [0002] Over the past 10 years, the diamond tool industry has increasingly used cobalt substitute powder. Initially, it was viewed with skepticism and caution, but it is now found to be applicable almost everywhere. The cobalt substitute powder used is usually based on iron and copper, but usually still contains cobalt, depending on different powder manufacturers, the cobalt content may be around 30%. These powders are manufactured using a chemical co-precipitation process that involves extracting oxidized powders from a brine solution with a composition comparable to that of the subsequently produced powders. It is then dried and reduced to metal powder in a furnace. The composition of each particle of the powder produced by this production proce...
