Problems solved by technology

Silk fibroin materials have good application prospects in medical biomaterials and cosmetics such as biological dressings and tissue engineering scaffolds. If it is well compounded into the material, the antibacterial effect of the product will be weak, the antibacterial performance will be poor, and even a high concentration of nano-precious metals will be released from the material quickly, resulting in a short antibacterial time limit and possible adverse side effects , thereby causing certain harm to human health
Now the silver nitrate reaction is used to obtain the silk fibroin material containing nano-silver, which not only makes the production process more complicated, but also the production cost is high, and a large amount of NO remains in the product. 3 - and Ag + , whether it can be directly used in medical biomaterials and cosmetics remains to be verified, and the nano-silver produced by the reaction cannot be released uniformly and effectively, which reduces the antibacterial properties, thus affecting the antibacterial properties of silk fibroin materials

Abstract

The invention relates to a method of improving the bacterinertness of a silk fibroin solution. Silk fibroin material has favorable prospects when applied in biomedicine aspect, and thus the search of a method of improving the bacterinertness of silk material is meaningful. The invention comprises a silk fibroin solution preparing working procedure which adopts silk fibroin to prepare the silk fibroin solution and is characterized by also comprising a nanometer noble metal feeding working procedure by selecting nanometer noble metal with the grain diameter between 5 nanometers to 100 nanometers. When a temperature is between 0 DEG C to 50 DEG C, the nanometer noble metal is fed to a stand-by silk fibroin solution and is stirred at a rotating speed of 100-400 round/min to obtain the silk fibroin solution comprising the nanometer noble metal; the concentration of the silk fibroin is 0.5-15w/v percent, and the concentration of the nanometer noble metal is 0.005-0.2w/v percent. The invention can favorably improve the antibiotic performance of the silk fibroin solution so that the silk fibroin can be more widely applied to biological material.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for improving the antibacterial properties of silk fibroin materials, in particular to a method for improving the antibacterial properties of silk fibroin materials by using nano-precious metals as antibacterial agents, thereby effectively improving the antibacterial properties of biological products made of silk fibroin. The antibacterial properties of biomaterials such as dressings and tissue engineering scaffolds are mainly used in the fields of biomedicine and cosmetics. The silk fibroin used in the present invention is mainly extracted from silk. Background technique [0002] Many nano-precious metals have broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and the effect is long-lasting, and at the same time, they are less irritating to the human body, so they are excellent antibacterial agents. For example, in the Chinese patent whose publication number is 200610042524.2, a nano-silver antibacterial powder is disclosed...
