Abstract

The invention discloses a system utilizing an intermediate platform to carry out online transaction and an online transaction method thereof, wherein, the system is provided with an intermediate platform on which discount information of various commodities are exhibited, the purchase request of a buyer is received on the platform and can be linked with corresponding trade companies, and the trade companies prepare purchase orders to complete the transaction through a payment platform. The invention also provides a technical scheme that the intermediate platform directly prepares the purchase purchase orders, and the transaction can be completed on the payment platform; further more, the purchase requests can be submitted by registered user names on the payment platform; and therefore the users can log on to purchase without registration when they purchase by the intermediate platform. Besides, benefit sharing proportions can be negotiated well before hand between the intermediate platform and the payment platform, and benefit sharing proportions between the payment platform and each intermediate platform are periodically accomplished by the payment platform.
