Embodiment 1

[0021] Experimental animals: 30 SD (Sprague-Dawly) rats of about 350 grams were randomly divided into three groups: Staphylococcus aureus group, Escherichia coli group, and mixed bacteria group. The incisions were made at a distance of 3 cm, and 3 cm long sterile medical gauze was embedded between them, and the two ends were sutured to the skin for fixation.

[0022] 1. Staphylococcus aureus group: inject 3×10 7 0.2ml of Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of cfu / ml was implanted into rat gauze.

[0023] 2. Escherichia coli group: use a syringe to inject 3×10 7 0.2ml of Escherichia coli at a concentration of cfu / ml was implanted into rat gauze.

[0024] 3. Mixed bacteria group: use a syringe to inject 3×10 7 0.2ml of mixed bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at the concentration of cfu / ml were implanted into the rat gauze.

[0025] After inoculation, the rats in each group were observed daily for body temperature changes, local wound manifestations,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for constructing a rat model of body surface fistula. The method comprises procedures as follows: (1) a self-made spring sliver is embedded in the hypodermic muscular layer on the back of the neck of the rat; (2) staphylococcus aureus reference culture and Escherichia coil reference culture are implanted into the self-made spring sliver; the concentration of the staphylococcus aureus reference culture is 3*10<7>-3*10<9>cfu / ml and the concentration of the Escherichia coil reference culture is 3*10<7>-3*10<9>cfu / ml; (3) and after 30 to 60 days when the model is finished, the spring silver is removed. The rat model of body surface fistula constructed by the invention has good stability and is used for clinical study. Moreover, the rat model of body surface fistula has special value for the formation mechanism of the body surface fistula and the search of an effective therapeutic method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for constructing an animal model, in particular to a method for constructing a rat animal model with body surface fistula. Background technique [0002] Fistula refers to a pathological duct connecting the body surface or between the body surface and visceral cavities, organs and organs, the inner wall of which is infected granulation tissue and has an epithelial lining. It is composed of the external orifice, the internal orifice and the intercommunicating ducts between the two. It is a relatively common disease in surgery and can occur anywhere in the human body. [0003] Due to the complexity of fistula itself, individual differences in clinical patients and medical ethics issues in clinical research, the testability of clinical research on fistula has always been poor. [0004] To study the formation mechanism of fistula and explore effective treatment methods need to establish a suitable experimental animal model...
