Problems solved by technology

Italy (Giorgini, M.; Morelli, F.; Tartarelli, R. Annali di Chimica, 1968, 58(12), 1465-9), the former Soviet Union (Vol'fkovich, S.I.; Al Shenavi, H.; Kubasova, L.V. ; Zhuravleva, M.P Zhurnal Prikladnoi Khimii 1972, 45(10) 2137-40), Canada (Keary, C.; Moffat, J.B. [0003] Although other synthetic methods have their own characteristics, they generally have high cost and are not suitable for production. At present, the existing production methods basically follow the early synthetic reactions. The production consumes a lot of energy, takes a long time and the product purity is not very high (93 ~97%)

Embodiment 1

[0014] Take a 100 ml round bottom flask, add toluene, 13.5 grams of phosphoric acid, 7.23 grams of H3BO3, catalyst and additives, and mix well. Heat to distill for 4 hours; stop heating. Suction filtration, the solid was vacuum-dried to obtain a white powdery solid. The X-ray diffraction phase diagram of the product is consistent with the literature report. SEM photos show that the solid is an ultrafine powder with a particle diameter of 1-3 microns.

Embodiment 2

[0016] Take a 100ml round bottom flask, add benzene, 13.5g phosphoric acid, stir and mix evenly, then add 7.23g H3BO3, mix evenly. Heating and performing azeotropic distillation for 7 hours; stopping heating, cooling to room temperature, and removing the solvent, the solid product was dried and pulverized to obtain a white powdery solid. The X-ray diffraction phase diagram of the product is consistent with the literature report.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for effectively manufacturing high-purity superfine boron phosphate with low energy consumption. The method uses boric acid and phosphoric acid as materials, and uses organic solvent as a medium, and comprises the following steps of: mixing the boric acid, the phosphoric acid and the organic solvent; further completing distillation, solvent removal, drying treatment and other processes with catalyst or without catalyst; and acquiring a high-quality superfine boron phosphate product. The superfine boron phosphate prepared by adopting the method has comprehensive cost of materials, labor and energy consumption lower than corresponding cost of other the prior manufacturing methods, and does not pollute environment as other byproducts except water are not generated in the manufacturing process; the manufacturing process is completed at a lower temperature, thereby saving mass energy; and the product has high purity. The method has double significances of environmental protection and energy conservation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of ultrafine boron phosphate, in particular to a new energy-saving and environment-friendly production method of chemically synthesized ultrafine boron phosphate. Background technique [0002] Boron phosphate products are used as organic synthesis catalysts, cracking catalysts, flame retardants for polymer materials, thermally stable pigments, ceramic materials, coatings, petroleum additives, preservatives, acid purifiers, decondensing electrolytes for fuel cells, and sodium borohydride. Raw materials have important applied industrial value. At present, the existing mainstream synthesis method of boron phosphate adopts the reaction system of boric acid and phosphoric acid.
