The modified phenolic resin moulding material of cashew nut shell oil is made by mixing, milling and synthesizing following components including a. an adhesive of the modified phenolic resin of cashew nut shell oil; b. a curing agent of hexamine; c. organic and inorganic fillers; d. a lubricant of stearic acid and homologs under the temperature of 100 DEG C to 120 DEG C. Then a moulding material of the improved temperature resistance, the impact resistance, the electrical insulation resistance and the increased toughness can be produced.
