Abstract

The invention provides a non-flammable hydraulic fluid concentration of water-glycol, comprising the following components on the basis of concentration gross weight: water with 5-30w % content; glycol with 5-30w content; at least one pH value regulator of self-select borax, monopotassium phosphate and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, with 1-10w% content; at least one C6 to C24 unsaturated fatty acid antiwear agent with 1-15w% content; at least one unctuous agent produced by reaction of oleic acid or stearic acid and diethanolameine or trolamine, with 10-50w% content; at least one antirust of diethanolameine or trolamine, with 10-40w% content, and corrosion inhibitor with 0.5 to 10w% content. The concentration can be mixed into suitable basal liquid to obtain hydraulic fluid composition with good lubricity, antiwear property, noncorrosibility, rust prevention property, oxidation stability and antifoaming property.
