Abstract

The invention relates to grape scorpion ant health care wine obtained by evenly mixing red grape juice, scorpion semen, ant juice with distilled spirit and sealing the mixture for ferment for 8-9 weeks at constant temperature and filtering the liquid. Portions of the components by weight are: 100-200 portions of the grape juice, 0.075-0.2 portions of the scorpion semen, 80-120 portions of the ant juice and 200-450 portions of 60-degree distilled spirit, wherein, the red grape juice is juice pressed from fresh red grapes at low temperature, other parts of the grapes comprising grape skin and grape seeds are grinded into serous fluid, then the juice and serous fluid are collected and put into the distilled spirit and sealed for ferment for 5-6 weeks at 0-5 DEG C, finally the grape scorpion ant health care wine is obtained after filtration. The invention saves the active and effective ingredients of the fresh grapes and scorpion and ants to be maximum, and promotes the extraction ratio of the nutrient components, thereby, the grape scorpion ant health care wine not only has nutrient and health care functions, but also has adjunctive therapy effect to a plurality of chronic diseases.
