The present invention discloses a method for interworking route between the multimedia subsystem domain and the circuit domain, which comprises a step S302, a step S304, a step S306, a step S308, and a step S310, wherein the step S304 is that the border gateway controlling network element and the media gateway controlling network element are matched with a caller number selector which corresponds to the caller number and a dialed number analyzed data; the step S304 is that the caller number selector is gained after the border gateway controlling network element receives the calling request; the step S306 is that the border gateway controlling network element routes the call to the corresponding media gateway controlling network element according to the dialed number analyzed data; the step S308 is that the corresponding media gateway controlling network element analyzes the caller number to get the caller number selector; and the step S310 is that the corresponding media gateway controlling network element selects the gateway of the circuit domain according to the dialed number analyzed data, and transfers the call to the circuit domain. In the present invention, the BGCF and the MGCF analyze the route according to the dialed number and the caller number at the same time, and the occupation of the resource transmission of the circuit domain is reduced.
