Abstract

The invention relates to a capping material for treating lake eutrophication in situ and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, it is a capping material for removing nutrient salts such as soluble phosphate in eutrophic lakes and a preparation method thereof. It belongs to the technical field of environmental protection treatment. The capping material of the present invention has the composition and weight percentage as follows: 1. natural carbonate rock or calcium industrial by-product is 65-70%; 2. rare earth tailings cerium salt or lanthanum salt or its rare earth oxide is 10-15% ; ③ inorganic cement material cement, lime, or gypsum, or organic polymer binder is 15 to 25%. The above raw materials were stirred and mixed at 20° C., washed, filtered, and dried to finally obtain a granular capping material. The capping material can absorb a large amount of soluble phosphate and other nutrients in the water body to form insoluble compounds, and sink to the surface of the mud.
