A rotary sealing valve used to close or open the air inlet is disposed at a bottom of the sealing pipe. By the present invention, not only is the cartridge not yet used up avoided being exposed to air in the outside environment and being consumed due to volatilization so as to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period, but also does the complex functional smokeless cigarette have effects of human body health care and medical treatments to be able to relieve or alleviate user's symptoms of oral diseases, coughing and sneezing, and has a simple structure and is easy to use.
