Problems solved by technology

[0006] Some literatures have studied the joint space-time processing problem of receiving antenna array and rake reception. In the system structure proposed in the literature [2] listed below, a multipath for each user is adopted. The scheme in the beamformer, this structure has the disadvantage of high system complexity

Abstract

The invention relates to a combined treatment method for intelligent antenna and Rake receiver in CDMA system. Wherein, it uses only one beam former for all multipath signals of every user and LMS adaptive algorithm to update array element weight vector. This invention has better bit error rate than that with beam former for every signal and reduces complexity for system realization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a joint processing method combining smart antenna and rake reception in a CDMA system. Background technique [0002] With the gradual integration of wireless network, multimedia technology and the Internet, people have higher and higher requirements for the type and quality of wireless communication services. In order to meet the requirements of wireless multimedia and high-speed data transmission, people proposed and developed the third generation mobile communication system (3G). In the 3G system, Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology is adopted. However, the CDMA system is an interference-limited system, and reducing and eliminating the influence of factors such as co-channel interference (CCI), multipath fading, and near-far effect in the CDMA system has become a key issue to improve the capacity of the CDMA system. [0003] Generally, the BF-Rake receiving system adopts multiple beamformers 203-1~203-N, such as...
