Problems solved by technology

In this way, the device becomes large-sized, and its installation location is limited, resulting in high cost
[0009] (3) Also, using a pump to feed acid or sodium hypochlorite means that the pump must be controlled with high precision
[0011] (4) A mixer including a stirrer etc. has a fixed shape to effectively mix liquids, but its material is limited because the mixer itself is used to mix a solution having a wide range of acidity states from an acidic state to an alkaline state
In particular, when resins are used to manufacture mixers, there are no suitable mixers in terms of acid resistance and alkali resistance.
[0012] (5) In the case where the flow path must be straight in order to arrange the mixer within the flow path, the design of the entire device is strictly limited, and miniaturization of the equipment is hindered
[0019] (11) Also, when feeding an acidic solution or a chlorine-based solution at a low flow rate, even if it is attempted to directly adjust its feeding amount, dust, etc. contained in the solution will affect the adjustment part, making it difficult to perform stable operation for a long time

[0106] An embodiment of the present invention will now be described. figure 1 is a schematic system diagram of a device 100 for producing sterilized water according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0107] In the apparatus 100 for producing sterilizing water, the raw water 1 is pumped and supplied under pressure by a suitable pump 11, the acidic solution 21 is sent from the acidic solution tank 2 to the supplied raw water 1 to form acidic water, and the chlorine-based The solution tank 3 is fed with a chlorine-based solution 31, so that sterilizing water is produced. It is configured such that the supply amount of the acid solution 21 is controlled by the flow regulating part 22 and when the water flow is closed by the check valve 23 , the flow path 6 is isolated from the acid solution tank 2 .

[0108] The raw water 1 is not subject to any particular limitation, and pure water, tap water, river water, ground water, etc. may be used according to the present applic...

[0130] Another embodiment of the present invention will now be described. Figure 6 is a schematic system diagram of a device 101 for producing sterilized water according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0131] In the apparatus 101 for producing sterilized water, as in the apparatus 100 for producing sterilized water, the raw water 1 is sucked and supplied under pressure by a suitable pump 11, and the acidic solution 21 is sent from the acidic solution tank 2 to the Raw water 1 is provided to form a dilute acid solution, and chlorine-based solution 31 is sent from chlorine-based solution tank 3 to produce sterilized water.

[0132] In this example, unlike the first embodiment described above, the raw water 1 flows in a series of flow paths, not in a plurality of flow paths. The acidic solution 21 and the chlorine-based solution 31 are supplied in this order to the raw water 1 flowing in the channel. The acidic solution 21 is sent to the raw water in the feed...

[0144] Next, the case where the concentration of the chlorine-based solution is changed in the apparatus for producing sterilizing water according to the present invention will be described.

[0145] In this example, the properties of sterilizing water were studied by varying the concentration of the chlorine-based solution by varying the dilution rate of the chlorine-based solution. In the present invention, use concentration is the sodium hypochlorite solution of 12% as the chlorine base solution before dilution, and use has such as figure 1 The system shown and set up with figure 2 and 3 The arrangement of feeders and mixers is shown as an arrangement for producing sterile water.

[0146] The final concentration of the chlorine-based solution at each dilution rate and the disinfection ability at each concentration were evaluated, as shown in Table 1.

Abstract

An embodiment of an apparatus for producing a sterilized water wherein each of an aqueous acid solution (21) and a chlorine-containing aqueous solution (31) is diluted with raw water (1) in a device (4) for inclusion, and then the resultant solutions are mixed in a mixer (5). The apparatus for producing a sterilized water can be used for satisfactorily exhibiting the sterilization ability of a chlorine-containing aqueous solution such as a sodium hypochlorite solution, a chlorine dioxide solution and a mixture thereof, while suppressing the generation of a chlorine gas, and for producing a desired sterilized water through suitably mixing water, an aqueous acid solution and a chlorine-containing aqueous solution at satisfactorily controlled concentrations.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a device for producing sterilized water for use in food processing, animal husbandry, medical treatment and the like. More particularly, the present invention relates to a device for producing sterilizing water, which realizes chlorination with sodium hypochlorite solution or chlorine dioxide solution. Background technique [0002] Typically, a solution of sodium hypochlorite, which has disinfectant properties, is used as a bleach or disinfectant. Also, the use of chlorine dioxide to disinfect tap water has been studied. Such sterilizing water having increased chlorine concentration compared to tap water etc. to improve disinfection ability has been used in construction sites requiring disinfection, for example, for HACCP-compliant food processing, animal husbandry such as breeding of SPF pigs, and medical treatment. [0003] It is known that the bactericidal effect of the above-mentioned chlorine-based compounds vari...
