The temp. of molten steel in the intermediate tank is 1525-1540 deg.c, mould-charging time is 60-70 sec., and cast speed is 0.6-0.8 m / min. Said method further includes casting power agent with defined softening point, melting paint, pouring point and viscosity, and retains a selective strength of water-cooled steel plate. Said method is high in production efficiency, and its end products, such as steel coiled pipe and plate material also have excellent properties.
