Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in the process of ablation of nerves outside the blood vessel through catheter-guided electrodes in the blood vessel, the heat released by the electrode may not be targeted, and the released heat will cause irreversible damage to the blood vessel. Taking anticoagulants; severe cases can cause blood vessels to close, causing more serious damage

Abstract

The invention provides a radiofrequency ablation catheter with a cooling bag. The radiofrequency ablation catheter comprises a catheter end and a connecting pipe which are sequentially connected. The catheter end comprises an outer tube part provided with a hollow cavity, a cooling bag arranged in the hollow cavity and a connecting piece used for fixing the outer tube part and the cooling bag. One end of the cooling bag is opened and elastic; the connecting piece comprises a near end and a far end, the outer pipe part and the cooling bag are connected with the far end, and the near end is used for being in butt joint with the connecting pipe. A liquid inlet pipe, a liquid outlet pipe and a line pipe are arranged in the connecting pipe; when the radio-frequency ablation catheter is used for working of the radio-frequency electrode, the cooling bag is filled with circulating cooling liquid to be expanded and tightly attached to the inner side of the electrode, and the electrode is cooled; especially for a spiral four-quadrant electrode, the cooling bag can adapt to the spiral shape to expand in the catheter end after being injected with water and is tightly attached to the inner side of the electrode, each electrode is cooled, heat energy released by the electrode in the working state is controlled, and damage to blood vessels is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, and relates to a radiofrequency ablation catheter with a cooling bladder. Background technique [0002] Refractory hypertension refers to that blood pressure remains above the target level after at least 4 weeks of tolerable and adequate doses of reasonable antihypertensive drugs on the basis of improving lifestyle, and there is currently no effective treatment plan. Renal sympathetic denervation, as a treatment for refractory hypertension, has been confirmed by basic experiments in the pathophysiological mechanism. [0003] Renal sympathetic denervation is a percutaneous ablation of the renal sympathetic nerve through the renal artery. Renal sympathetic denervation can effectively reduce the sympathetic activity of the whole body and local kidney, and has a good therapeutic effect on refractory hypertension. [0004] However, in the process of ablating the nerve outside the blood vess...
