Embodiment

1) Mix 200g of silane coupling agent 602 with an equal amount of water in a closed container, stir and hydrolyze at a constant speed, the hydrolysis temperature is 10°C, and the hydrolysis time is 2h to obtain a hydrolyzate solution, and the hydrolyzate solution is mixed with 400g octamethyl Cyclotetrasiloxane was reacted at 120℃ for 3h under nitrogen atmosphere with 20g potassium hydroxide as catalyst, and the unreacted material and low boiler were removed by vacuum distillation with water ring vacuum pump to obtain aminosilicone oil.

[0016] 2) Take 100 g of the above-obtained aminosilicone oil, cool it to 40°C, dissolve 40 g of 1-chloromethylbenzotriazole in 50 ml of ethanol to obtain a 1-chloromethylbenzotriazole solution, and stir while stirring. 1-Chloromethylbenzotriazole solution was dropped into the solution with a separatory funnel, and the reaction was performed at a constant temperature for 3 hours. After the reaction, the heating was stopped, and the unreacted subs...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-radiation fabric coating, which comprises the following steps: 1) hydrolyzing a silane coupling agent 602 to obtain a hydrolysate solution, reacting the hydrolysate solution with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane in a nitrogen environment at 120-140 DEG C by taking potassium hydroxide as a catalyst for 3-3.5 hours, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove unreacted substances and low-boiling-point substances to obtain amino silicon oil; 2) reacting the amino silicon oil with a 1-chloromethyl benzotriazole solution at 40-60 DEG C for 2-4 hours, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove unreacted substances and low-boiling-point substances, so as to obtain amino / benzotriazole derivative polysiloxane; 3) emulsifying amino / benzotriazole derivative polysiloxane by using fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether under an alkaline condition to obtain a transparent emulsion with blue light, and 4) compounding a dispersant and nano modified titanium dioxide with the emulsion to obtain the nano radiation-proof fabric coating. The preparation method can prepare the radiation-proof fabric coating.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a radiation-proof fabric coating. Background technique [0002] Electromagnetic pollution refers to natural and man-made various electromagnetic interference and harmful electromagnetic radiation. Since World War II, microwaves have spread throughout the Earth's atmosphere, and the number of microwave sources has grown alarmingly. Electromagnetic radiation is colorless, odorless, and invisible, and can penetrate a variety of substances, including the human body. As long as various household appliances, electronic equipment, office automation equipment, mobile communication equipment and other electrical devices are in operation and use, there will be electromagnetic radiation around them. While fully enjoying the convenience brought by electronic technology, people are increasingly feeling its negative effects. [0003] Electromagnetic pollution caused by the wide application of electronic technology ...
