A plurality of mold holes for positioning cups are formed in the mold plate, the constant-speed conveying component is provided with a cooling section for cooling the cups by cooling water when the mold plate is driven to pass through the cooling water tank, and the spraying component is arranged above the constant-speed conveying component and sprays the cooling water to the surface of a film cover when the cups pass through; and the constant-speed conveying component is provided with a climbing section on the rear side of the spraying component, wherein the climbing section drives the template to pass through to enable the cup to incline to remove accumulated water on the surface of the membrane cover.
