The preparation method of the rust-proof butterfly valve casting comprises the steps of preparation of the surface treating agent and coating of the surface treating agent. In the application, a mixed product of dodecenylsuccinic acid and pentaerythritol phosphate has a relatively long hydrocarbon chain and an active phosphate group, and can be complexed with metal to form a compact monomolecular protective film, so that corrosion media are prevented from invading; the film forming quality is improved by the polyvinyl chloride paste resin with plasticizing performance; the hexahydrophthalic acid diglycidyl ester with high toughness contains polar groups, so that the affinity of the surface treating agent and metal is improved, the overall performance of a film layer can be improved, and the corrosion resistance of the treated butterfly valve casting is improved.
