Abstract
The invention relates to a targeted poly (D, L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nano-drug complex of glycyrrhetinic acid for treating solid tumors and hematoma and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) extracting U937 cell membrane vesicles; (2) synthesizing a glycyrrhetinic acid-PLGA drug-loaded nano core; and (3) fusing the cell membrane vesicles and the drug-loaded GA/PLGA nano particles, so as to obtain the glycyrrhetinic acid (GA)-loaded cell membrane coated poly (D, L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) nano drug (GCMNPs). The nano-drug has a typical core-shell structure and good monodispersity and stability. GGA entrapment efficiency is high, the process of releasing GA from GCMNPs is time-dependent, and GA can be quickly released in a tumor environment, so that side effects during chemotherapy can be relieved. The GCMNPs nano-drug has a tumor targeting capability, and can selectively inhibit the growth of solid tumor and hematoma cells at a relatively low drug concentration.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and in particular relates to a cell membrane-coated poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) loaded with glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) for treating solid tumors and hematological tumors. Nanomedicines (GCMNPs) and their preparation methods. Background technique [0002] Cancer is one of the major global public health problems and a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. A new generation of cancer treatment - targeted therapy, designed to interfere with specific molecular targets that play a key role in tumor growth. However, targeted therapy over time often leads to drug resistance, such as mutations in genes encoding protein targets that cause cancers to become resistant to certain small molecules. Immunotherapy, another effective and gradually applied clinical treatment method, mostly prevents tumor cells from using these immune checkpoints to evade immune response detection by bl...
