The time modulation power amplification circuit comprises cascaded amplification units. Each amplification unit comprises a lower transistor whose gate is coupled with a modulation signal and whose first pole is connected with a common terminal; the first electrode of the upper transistor is connected with the second electrode of the lower transistor, and the second electrode is connected with the power supply end through a load; the input end of the power matching network is connected with the second electrode of the upper transistor, and the output end of the power matching network is used for outputting amplified signals; for the first-stage amplification unit, the grid electrode of the upper transistor is coupled with a central signal, and the grid electrode of the upper transistor of each subsequent amplification unit is coupled with the output end of the power matching network of the preceding-stage amplification unit. The cascaded amplification units have very high circuit rollback efficiency; the time modulation power amplification circuit can restrain higher harmonics, can restrain third and fifth harmonics when forming a four-channel or eight-channel drive circuit, and improves the space beam efficiency.
