Abstract

A laser coloring method based on image color recognition and transformation comprises the steps that a material laser coloring bitmap photo is obtained through a color camera, the corresponding relation between the color RGB value of each coloring area and laser processing parameters is obtained after computer-based analysis, and a training data set is formed and input into a neural network for nonlinear fitting. The trained neural network can predict laser processing parameters and color RGB (Red, Green and Blue) values. A real pattern is collected by the color camera and processed by an image color recognition and transformation method, and then a laser processing system can be reproduced under the guide of the neural network.
