During the operation period of thegasification furnace, by adjusting the liquid level of thegasification furnace, slag deposition in the chilling chamber is prevented or the slag deposition rate is slowed down by adopting a regular liquid-carrying operation mode; meanwhile, the gasification reaction temperature is increased, the carbon conversion rate is increased, and the fine ash amount is reduced, so that the material basis of slag deposition is reduced; after shutdown, pressurized water transportation is carried out, the liquid level of the gasification furnace is repeatedly increased and decreased, accumulated slag on the bubble breaking bed is taken away through the black water system or the slag removal system, the amount of accumulated slag during shutdown overhaul is further reduced, and the overhaul working condition is improved.
