Abstract

The industrial steam supply system comprises a high-pressure cylinder, a first-stage high-pressure heater and a heat exchange unit. One path of a first-section steam extraction opening of the high-pressure cylinder is connected with a steam-side inlet of the first-stage high-pressure heater and used for heating high-pressure feed water, and the other path of the first-section steam extraction opening of the high-pressure cylinder is connected with an industrial steam supply pipeline. A water-side outlet of the first-stage high-pressure heater is connected with the heat exchange unit, one path of an outlet of the heat exchange unit is connected with a boiler drum, and the other path of the outlet of the heat exchange unit is connected with an inlet of the heat exchange unit. A drain outlet of the first-stage high-pressure heater is connected with a next-stage high-pressure heater. When the industrial steam supply pressure of an original steam source cannot meet the requirements of a user at the low load of the unit, the steam intake amount of the first-stage high-pressure heater can be reduced, first-section extracted steam is supplemented to industrial steam supply to increase the industrial steam supply amount, and meanwhile the industrial steam supply amount is changed according to the requirements of actual conditions.
