The sensor system comprises an indoor temperature sensor, a regional people number sensor, a human body induction sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, an outdoor environment sensor and an illuminance sensor; the control system comprises an air conditioning system, a fresh air system, a light controller and a window opening controller; and the metering system comprises a lighting system meter, a sensor system meter, an air conditioning system meter and a fresh air system meter. The program editing tool comprises an autonomous experiment module and a remote experiment module.
