Benefits of technology
This new technology allows creation of an oyster-based product called Xiamencao (a type of mushroom) that contains various compounds such as polyphenols or other substances found in green plants like Actinosynnema spp., making it ideal for producing organoleptically pleasing products made with this plant material.
Problems solved by technology
This patented technical problem addressed in this patents is how to produce tissue culture cultures from mushroom species called Trimbrella focium berries, particularly those found naturally on wild lands like Taiwan's National Park. Current methods involve selecting specific types of nutrients based upon their content level, making it difficult to maintain consistently over time without causing negative side effects associated therewith. Additionally, current processes require expensive equipment and consume significant amounts of energy during plantations.

Abstract
The invention provides a cultivation medium and an industrial cultivation method for tremella fuciformis. The cultivation medium is prepared from following components in percentage by mass: 67%-72% of fresh Lvzhou No.1 fungus grass, 25%-30% of wheat bran, 0.8%-1.2% of gypsum, 0.8%-1.2% of lime, 0.1%-0.4% of salt and 0.1%-0.4% of calcium superphosphate, wherein the water content of the fresh Lvzhou No.1 fungus grass is 70-75%. The cultivation method comprises the steps of cultivation medium preparation, sterilization, inoculation, mycelium culture, sporocarp growth and harvesting. According to the technical scheme, the fresh Lvzhou No.1 fungus grass is used for cultivation, the traditional theory that edible and medicinal fungi cannot be directly cultivated through fresh raw materials is broken through, the Lvzhou No.1 fungus grass is adopted as the main raw material, the method is green and environmentally friendly, the ecology is protected, the yield of obtained tremella fuciformis sporocarp is high, and the polysaccharide content and the total flavone content can reach 80.88 mg/g and 8.52 mg/g.
