According to the present invention, the prepolymer with the isocyanate as the end group is adopted as one of the polyisocyanate components, and the graphene is added, such that the components produce the synergistic effect during the potting process, the defect of poor mechanical property of the elastomer generated by the one-step method is improved, the tensile strength and the toughness are improved.
