Abstract

The invention provides a visible light-infrared dual-band anti-counterfeit label and a preparation method thereof. The anti-counterfeit label comprises a reflecting layer, a spacing layer and a phase change material layer which are sequentially arranged on a substrate. The phase change material layer is provided with an infrared anti-counterfeit pattern composed of two or more stable phase state areas. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially depositing the reflecting layer, the spacing layer, the phase change material layer and the protective layer on the substrate layer; and through laser pulse irradiation, generating phase state or form transformation in a specific area of the phase change material layer, and forming an infrared or visible light anti-counterfeit pattern. By utilizing the characteristics that the spectral radiance of the phase change material in the infrared band is different in different phase states and the scattering coefficient of the material in the visible light band is different in different states, the phase change material layer with different stable phase states is arranged to form the infrared anti-counterfeit pattern, and the convex structure is arranged on the surface of the protective layer to form the visible light anti-counterfeit pattern; and visible light-infrared dual-band anti-counterfeit is realized.
