Embodiment 1

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, the molten iron is initially smelted in an electric furnace or a converter, and then LF refining and vacuum treatment are carried out to make the main alloying elements of C, Si, Mn, and P in the molten steel meet the composition requirements of bearing steel, and 102.52 tons of molten steel are obtained through preliminary refining treatment ; In particular, in the molten steel obtained, control the active oxygen content at 2-7ppm to avoid the reaction of magnesium and oxygen, resulting in deoxidation and generation of inclusions; Sampling, temperature measurement, and oxygen determination after emptying. Add magnesium-containing cored wire after the composition and temperature reach the standard.

[0028] Before feeding the magnesium-containing wire, it is necessary to ensure that the slag layer is 1-2mm, which can reduce the volatilization of magnesium in the steel after feeding, and the feeding speed of the magnesium-containing cored wire ...

Embodiment 2

[0032] Such as figure 2 As shown, the molten iron is initially smelted in an electric furnace or a converter, and then after LF refining and vacuum treatment, the main alloying elements C, Si, Mn, and P in the molten steel meet the composition requirements of bearing steel, and about 100.10 tons of steel are obtained from the preliminary refining treatment. In particular, in the obtained molten steel, the content of active oxygen is controlled at 2-7ppm to avoid the reaction between magnesium and oxygen, resulting in deoxidation and inclusions; after the molten steel is refined, it enters the VD furnace, and the vacuum holding time is 10 minutes. Sampling, temperature measurement, and oxygen determination after air breaking, adding magnesium-containing cored wire after the composition and temperature reach the standard.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the form of carbide in bearing steel. The method comprises the following steps that (1) molten iron is primarily smelted through an electric furnace or a converter, and then LF (ladle furnace) refining and vacuum treatment is carried out to ensure that main alloy elements such as C, Si, Mn and P in the molten steel meet the component requirements of the bearing steel so as to obtain primarily refined molten steel; (2) a magnesium-containing cored wire is fed into the molten steel refined in the step (1), so that the magnesium content in the steel is 10-20 ppm; (3) after the step (2), a carbonized rice husk covering agent is quickly added for covering; and (4) the molten steel obtained in the step (3) is subjected to soft blowing. According to the method, the magnesium-containing cored wire is fed into the refined molten steel, so that magnesium element can be effectively utilized to refine the carbide, the damage of the large-size carbide to the bearing steel is reduced, and the performance of the steel is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for improving the morphology of carbides in bearing steel, in particular to a method for the morphology of carbides in bearing steel which can control the morphology of carbides more effectively and with less cost. Background technique [0002] Due to the relatively high carbon content in bearing steel, containing about 1% carbon, during the smelting process, large-sized primary carbides are easily formed due to serious carbide segregation when the molten steel is solidified. The larger the size of the carbide, the more difficult the subsequent treatment The harder it is to eliminate, the greater the harm to steel. Therefore, how to control the morphology of carbides in bearing steel has become one of the key links in the development and production of bearing steel. [0003] The Chinese invention patent with the patent publication number CN106086353 B discloses a rolling method for controlling the precipitatio...
