The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing graphite oxide: (1) injecting a proper amount of concentrated sulfuric acid into a reaction bottle, and placing the reaction bottle in ice water at the same time; and (2) injecting a mixture of 4 g of ground natural graphite powder and 2 g of sodium nitrate into a reaction bottle, and then adding 12 g of potassium permanganate.
