The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw medicines in parts by weight: 15 parts of prunella vulgaris, 30 parts of raw radix salviae miltiorrhizae, 15 parts of radix clematidis, 10 parts of herba equiseti hiemalis, 15 parts of radix isatidis, 15 parts of folium isatidis, 15 parts of spina gleditsiae, 10 parts of herba commelinae, 15 parts of semen coicis and 15 parts of prepared rhizoma cyperi. The invention further discloses use of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing external lotion for treating verruca vulgaris. The raw medicines and a weight ratio thereof are optimized. The raw medicines in the traditional Chinese medicine composition meet compatibility of monarch, minister, assistant and guide, and a ratio of the raw medicines is optimal. Through compatibility of the raw medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has effects of removing heat to cool blood, removing stasis to relieve swelling, activating meridians to stop pain and removing stasis to promote diuresis, a good curative effect and high practicability.
