The field programmable gate array receives an imaging mode instruction of the upper computer through the upper computer communication module, performs imaging parameter setting on the corresponding detector according to the imaging mode instruction and outputs a time sequence driving signal to the corresponding detector, the infrared detector and the visible light detector perform imaging on a target, and image data is acquired and processed by the field programmable gate array and then is output by the high-speed data output module.
