Abstract

The invention discloses a low-frequency pulsed magnetic field sensor sensitivity coefficient calibration method and system and relates to the technical field of magnetic field sensor calibration. The method is characterized in that a pulsed magnetic field sensor to be calibrated and a Hall effect magnetic field sensor are synchronously placed in a pulsed magnetic field excited by a pulsed magnetic field generator for signal collection; the voltage amplitude of the first signal acquired by the Hall effect magnetic field sensor is read through acquisition equipment to obtain a standard pulse magnetic field amplitude; integration processing is conducted on a second signal acquired by the to-be-calibrated pulsed magnetic field sensor through an integrator to obtain a pulse electric signal; and the acquisition device performs calibration calculation on a sensitivity coefficient of the to-be-calibrated pulsed magnetic field sensor according to the pulse electric signal and the standard pulsed magnetic field amplitude to obtain a sensitivity coefficient calibration result. According to the method, a traceability problem of the pulsed magnetic field sensor can be solved within a certain frequency range, so the measured value is accurate and reliable, and a basis is provided for value traceability and accuracy evaluation of a pulsed magnetic field measurement system.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of magnetic field sensor calibration, more specifically, it relates to a low-frequency pulse magnetic field sensor sensitivity coefficient calibration method and system. Background technique [0002] At present, pulsed magnetic field sensors based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction have been widely used in various application scenarios such as accelerator-guided magnetic field measurement, high-power laser device for inertial confinement fusion field effect measurement, and pulsed magnetic field measurement in high-voltage substations. Due to the conditions of the pulsed magnetic field and the sensitivity coefficient of the sensor are easily changed due to the interference of environmental factors, it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the measurement results. Therefore, it is necessary to use measurement methods to calibrate the sensitivity coefficient of the pulsed magnetic field s...
