According to the postweld heat treatment method, a fuel oil system, an oil supply system, a measurement system, a column leg movement system and a smoke exhaust system are arranged; before heat treatment, two holes with the size not smaller than phi 500 are formed in a spherical shell, and the positions of the two holes select the position of an ascending pipe and the position of a descending pipe correspondingly according to a pattern to serve as an air inlet and a smoke outlet of a burner nozzle; and a fuel oil method is adopted for internal heating for heat treatment, specifically, the interior of a spherical tank is taken as a hearth, 0# diesel oil is selected as fuel, the exterior of the spherical tank is subjected to thermal insulation by using a thermal insulation material, fuel oil is sprayed inside and atomized through air supply of an air blower and a nozzle and is ignited through an electronic igniter, and the temperature of the spherical tank is raised to the temperature required by heat treatment under the convection conduction and flame heat radiation effects of high-temperature airflow generated by continuous combustion of the fuel oil on the inner wall of the spherical tank. The postweld heat treatment method adopts a multi-point heating and multi-point temperature control mode and has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, short in time, remarkable in effect and the like.
