Abstract

The vacuum quenching furnace comprises a shell, a first lifting mechanism, a second lifting mechanism and an external circulating oil tank. A heating cavity and a quenching cavity are formed in the shell, a heating chamber is formed in the top of the heating cavity, and the first lifting mechanism is located below the heating chamber. A quenching tank is arranged at the bottom of the quenching cavity, and the second lifting mechanism is positioned on one side of the quenching tank. The external circulating oil tank is arranged on the outer side of the shell and communicates with the quenching tank through an oil pumping pipe and an oil return pipe. By means of the external circulating oil tank, quenching oil is not directly heated, heat is conducted to oil in an inner tank by heating water in an outer tank, and the safety problem caused by direct heating of the quenching oil is avoided.
