Problems solved by technology

[0004] In 2016, Hao-Tao Hu et al. proposed a slotted directional antenna, and used the directional slot antenna unit to construct a four-element MIMO antenna array. Since the pattern of the four antenna units radiates orthogonally , so the correlation between units is greatly reduced and has a high degree of isolation, but the antenna does not have a filtering effect
[0006] Generally speaking, there are many MIMO antennas about filtering or end-fire nowadays, but there are few MIMO antennas with both end-fire and filter characteristics. This invention designs a new type of end-fire filter antenna and applies it to MIMO In the antenna system, it makes up for the lack of related research, and is of great research significance

Abstract

The invention discloses an end-fire filtering MIMO antenna. The antenna comprises four end-fire filtering antenna units. Each end-fire filtering antenna unit comprises a first dielectric substrate and a second dielectric substrate; the first dielectric substrates are located above the second dielectric substrates; a director, a driving dipole and a reflector are arranged on the upper surface of each first dielectric substrate, the driving dipole is located between the director and the reflector, and the end-fire filtering antenna unit can generate radiation in the end-fire direction through the radiation effect of the director and the reflector; the upper surface of each second dielectric substrate is provided with a resonator, and the lower surface is provided with a metal floor; a coaxial probe connected with the upper surface and the lower surface is arranged in the middle of each second dielectric substrate; and each resonator is fed by the coaxial probe, and the director, the driving dipole and the reflector on the first dielectric substrate are excited through coupling of the resonator. The antenna is simple in structure, low in profile, small in area and high and stable in in-band gain, and can meet the application of sub-6GHz and other frequency bands in existing 5G communication.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of filter antennas and MIMO antennas, in particular to an endfire filter MIMO antenna. Background technique [0002] With the development of 5G communication technology, the performance requirements of antennas are getting higher and higher. End-fire antennas have the characteristics of high gain, anti-interference ability, and directional radiation; the integrated design of filters and antennas also makes filter antennas widely used; MIMO antennas have always been an important part of modern wireless communications. It can double the communication capacity, so as to meet the increasing demand for communication services. [0003] To investigate and understand the existing technology, the details are as follows: [0004] In 2016, Hao-Tao Hu et al. proposed a slotted directional antenna, and used the directional slot antenna unit to construct a four-element MIMO antenna array. Since the pattern of the four a...
