Problems solved by technology

In fact, when the two jaws are closed after the occlusal recording silicone is put in, it is difficult for the two jaws to find the treatment position before the occlusal recording silicone is put in, and there is a deviation from the position before it is put in, which will affect the repair function of the later repositioning of the occlusal plate.

Embodiment Construction

[0037] The following is attached figure 1 The application is described in further detail.

[0038] The embodiment of the present application discloses a CR board.

[0039] refer to figure 1 , a CR plate, comprising an upper brace 1 on the upper dentition, a lower brace 2 worn on the lower dentition, and a positioning pin 3 between the upper brace 1 and the lower brace 2, the upper brace 1 and the lower brace 2 are all made of flexible materials, preferably, the upper brace 1 and the lower brace 2 are made of silica gel.

[0040] The positioning pin 3 is located in the middle of the two central incisors. At the same time, the positioning pin 3 is located on the end surface of the upper dental cover 1 close to the lower dental cover 2, or the positioning pin 3 is located on the end surface of the lower dental cover 2 close to the upper dental cover 1. Preferably, the positioning pin 3 is located on one end surface of the lower dental cover 2 close to the upper dental cover 1 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a CR plate. The CR plate comprises an upper tooth socket worn on an upper dentition, a lower tooth socket worn on a lower dentition and a positioning needle, wherein the positioning needle is located on the end surface of the section, close to the lower tooth socket, of the upper tooth socket, or the positioning needle is located on the end surface of the end, close to the upper tooth socket, of the lower tooth socket. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the repositioning occlusion plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step 1, taking an impression in the mouth of a patient; step 2, manufacturing a plaster model according to the impression; step 3, enabling the CR plate to be worn in the mouth of the patient, wherein the patient finds a treatment position and occludes an upper jaw and a lower jaw, a marking point is occluded on the upper tooth socket, the upper tooth socket is taken out of the mouth of the patient, a groove is dug in the marking point on the upper tooth socket, and the upper tooth socket is worn again after groove digging is completed; step 4, filling occlusion recording silica gel between the upper dentition and the lower dentition, and taking out the occlusion recording silica gel after the occlusion recording silica gel is solidified; and step 5, manufacturing a repositioning occlusion plate. According to the invention, the previously set treatment position can be accurately found when the occlusion recording silica gel is filled.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of repositioning occlusal plates, in particular to a CR plate and a manufacturing method of repositioning occlusal plates. Background technique [0002] Temporomandibular joint disc displacement (anterior disc displacement, ADD) is a common clinical disease in stomatology, which refers to the forward displacement of the articular disc beyond its normal position when the cusps are crossed. Patients with ADD may experience pain, snapping, and abnormal jaw movement in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). According to whether the disc-condyle relationship can return to normal when the mouth is opened, ADD is divided into reversible and irreversible anterior displacement, that is, during the opening process, the articular disc can bounce back to restore the normal disc-condyle position relationship. It is reversible anterior disc displacement; after the condyle slides forward and downward, the articular disc canno...
