Abstract

Experimental results show that the baricitinib can promote the proliferation of the cardiomyocytes of rats. Thus, the baricitinib can be used for the related fields in preparing the drugs for promoting the proliferation of the cardiomyocytes and the drugs for treating or preventing heart diseases; and a novel drug and treatment idea can be provided for treating or preventing the heart diseases such as myocardial infarction.
