Problems solved by technology

[0003] The amount of bleeding causes the concrete to have quicksand and watermark defects, and the strength is poor. At the same time, bleeding increases the water-cement ratio on the surface of the concrete, and laitance appears, that is, the floating water contains a large number of cement particles, forming a return on the surface of the concrete. The slurry layer has very low strength after hardening, and at the same time, the wear resistance of concrete decreases, which is very unfavorable for concrete with wear resistance requirements such as road surfaces

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses a high-strength concrete slurry coating process, which comprises the following steps: 1, mixing water and an additive to obtain a preparatory solution; 2, premixing sand for 10-15 seconds at a rotating speed of 20-30 revolutions per minute to obtain a homogeneous sand material; 3, adding cement, a mineral powder mixture andsilicon powder into the homogeneous sand material according to a water-binder ratio of 0.26-0.28, and stirring for 20-35 seconds to obtain a dry mortar mixture; 4, adding the preparatory solution into the dry mortar mixture, and stirring for 50-60 seconds to obtain a wet mortar mixture; and 5, stirring 940-960 parts of stone and the wet mortar mixture for 120 seconds to obtain high-strength concrete, wherein the additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 11-16 parts of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, 1.5-2 parts of polyvinyl carbazole, and 0.6-1.1 parts of sodium D-gluconate. The concrete prepared by the process has the advantages of high strength and good wear resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of concrete, more specifically, it relates to a high-strength concrete grouting process. Background technique [0002] The performance of fresh concrete mainly includes workability, slump loss, air content, bleeding rate, etc. In the proportion of concrete components, workability, slump loss, and air content can be determined by the proportion of materials, particle size, etc., but there has been no effective adjustment method for the bleeding rate. Bleeding is a phenomenon in which moisture appears on the surface of concrete after it is poured and compacted but before it sets. A light component, bleeding is caused when the heavier solid component settles, and the water retention capacity of the constituent material is not enough to keep the mixing water in a dispersed state. Generally speaking, the concrete below the surface concrete and coarse aggregate or steel bars The number of water pockets caused by bleeding...
