Abstract

The invention relates to an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, which comprises N sampling and conversion modules connected in parallel which are used for simultaneously sampling and sequentially converting first analog signals of N channels and outputting second analog signals, wherein each sampling and conversion module comprises a plurality of sampling capacitors connected in parallel, and Nis an integer greater than 1; a comparison module which is connected to the N sampling and conversion modules and used for comparing the second analog signals to obtain comparison signals; and a control module which is connected to the N sampling and converting modules and the comparison module, and is used for controlling the N sampling and converting modules and outputting converted digital signals according to the comparison signals. According to the analog-to-digital conversion circuit disclosed by the invention, while a multi-channel synchronous sampling function is realized, a successiveapproximation conversion function can be directly completed on the sampling capacitor, and the charge loss of the sampling and conversion module can be reduced, so that the energy efficiency of the analog-to-digital conversion circuit is improved with relatively low circuit cost.
