The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing desired parts by mass of the above traditional Chinese medicinal materials, grinding the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into wall-broken powder, and conducting sieving with a 140-mesh sieve to form ultrafine powder, thereby obtaining crude medicine powder; and weighing the crude medicine powder and Vaseline according to a ratio of 3: 10 to 1: 3, heating the Vaseline to 60 DEG C, adding the crude medicine powder, and conducting uniform stirring to obtain the acne-removing cream.
