According to the system, the processing speed of the instruction of the active power control system can be effectively improved, and second-level processing of the original system can be improved to the millisecond-level processing speed; instruction lifting is accelerated, the high-speed response requirement of power station electric energy dispatching is met, and then stable operation of power station electric energy quality isguaranteed.
